Scott Murray, an organic farmer for 30 years and V.P. of Slow Food San Diego is the team member in charge of Organic Agriculture & Sustainability for The Enclave at Anza.

Scott has spent many years establishing school gardens and educating students about food and conservation. He brings to The Enclave at Anza his expertise as an agricultural consultant, as well as his devotion to healthy, sustainable living.
