Creating the Master Plan for The Enclave at Anza

Whipple Russell Architects is excited to be a part of a forward looking development as it unfolds. The Enclave at Anza, or TEA, is a project with sustainability at its very core. The vision includes acres of organic farmland and greenhouses that will provide surrounding communities with the cleanest and most responsibly grown food.

Existing facilities will be given an eco-upgrade and be transformed into the Center for Higher Education and Wellness. The Center will create a curriculum focused on green jobs, organic agriculture, environmental studies, eco-tourism, and health and wellness. This intriguing enterprise is spearheaded by founder Teray Stephens.
