The Enclave at Anza’s commitment to environmental sustainability goes beyond organic farming, to include innovative solutions for protecting wildlife, endangered species, and open land. One of these ways is through the use of Mitigation Banking, a system by which others “off set” their possibly destructive land use, by buying “credits” in land that will be protected.

So, TEA will provide and protect a stream, a habitat, or acres of land, and in return receive a revenue stream that allows TEA to grow and flourish.
