Designing for the Indoor Outdoor West Coast Lifestyle

Great weather, amazing views, and with sunshine 325 days a year on average, it is no surprise that Southern Californians do the most outdoor living, cooking, and eating in the United States. When they're indoors, most Californian’s want to feel like they are outdoors, and when they’re outdoors, they want to have the indoor comforts in which to live and entertain.

We've designed for a number of properties that have employed all of the best features and materials to achieve this indoor outdoor West Coast lifestyle; views, fireplaces, infinity pools, glass expanses, outdoor kitchens, TV theaters, wood tones, and natural stone textures.

This featured project is our Sierra Mar house, located in the Hollywood Hills with a Southwest view.
