As ‘tis the season of celebration, we continue our look at those around us who deserve our appreciation. For over a decade the Architecture and Design Museum, Los Angeles has pursued its mission to promote an awareness of progressive architecture and design in everyday life, through exhibits, educational programs, and public outreach. With continuous exhibits of architecture and design on view, as well as exhibits, symposia, multi-disciplinary projects, A+D serves as a showcase for the work of important regional, national, and international designers.

They also offer ARkidECTURE + design, Kids Draw Architecture, which consists of a series of one-day workshops for children ages 7-12 hosted by Los Angeles Architecture and Design firms. Under the guidance of professional architects and designers, the children explore these creative industries through hands-on projects. Bring your small artist or builder in over the holidays.
