Franklin Canyon brings a layered approach to modern Beverly Hills living with open-plan interiors, and luxury indoor-outdoor spaces spread across three floors.
Upon entry, one immediately lands inside an expansive open-plan living space that includes a living room with fireplace and pool views; luxury modern dining room with glass enclosed wine cellar; kitchen organized around a generous island for cooking and casual seating; and a full marble wet bar for at-home entertaining. Behind the scenes are a catering kitchen, pantry, and walk-in freezer, while just beyond the main living spaces are a luxury home theater, and wellness area with home gym, spa, and sauna.
Upstairs, the design becomes more private, while still offering room for gathering and recreation. At one end is the primary suite with his-and-her closets, a spa-style bath, including marble shower and soaking tub, and a private terrace. Four additional bedroom suites are on the opposite end of the floor, arranged around a central family room. Opening glass walls onto its own terrace with pool table, TV, and fire pit lounge, this private family area extends seamlessly outdoors.
In the backyard a covered outdoor kitchen with built-in bar and counter anchors the space, while a dining table, fire pit seating area, and sun chairs surround a luxury swimming pool with spa. With the addition of a dedicated pool bath, one can swim, dine, and relax outdoors all day, without the need to return inside.
Outdoor living continues on the roof, where a netted sports court and fire pit lounge take in jetliner city views.
Throughout Franklin Canyon’s custom design, there's a balance between open communal spaces, and private areas of retreat. It’s a modern Los Angeles home that brings the comforts of a private resort to everyday family life and entertaining.
