Creating Grand View Drive

Grand View Drive, well named indeed. A clean, modern ship of a house is now perched in the hills, enabling its new owner his own glorious lookout.

This was a challenging project controlled by the narrow lot and existing walls of the previous home. Our client, a successful model, required a living space that would work for entertaining, while also providing a quiet retreat for guests.

All was accomplished keeping in mind shape, usability, light, and of course the views.
