Modern Architect in Beverly Hills
Modern Residential Architecture in Beverly Hills
Beverly Hills has long been known for its distinctive blend of exclusivity, luxury living, and sunny Southern California climate that’s perfect for year around indoor outdoor living. We design modern resort style homes throughout Beverly Hills that focus on spacious, open layouts that feel luxurious, and private, while staying connected to the outdoors. Each design celebrates luxury LA living with interiors full of natural light, via skylights and sliding glass walls, and seamless indoor outdoor transitions. Pool terraces with kitchens, dining areas, fire features, and sweeping views invite day to night open air living, while indoor entertainment and wellness options include home theaters, home gyms, wine cellars, sports courts, and game rooms.
Design Considerations Unique to Beverly Hills
When designing modern homes in Beverly Hills, it’s essential to understand the area’s design expectations, local guidelines, and varied site conditions. Many properties require thoughtful solutions for privacy, sun orientation, grading, and circulation between indoor spaces and outdoor amenities, while hillside properties, including those in the Trousdale Estates need to account for wildfire risk. HOAs and design review boards are also common in the area. We’ve worked as a modern architect in Beverly Hills for over 15 years, and throughuot greater Los Angeles for over 40, and know how to navigate the complexities. From gated hillside lots, to quiet residential streets, each project brings its own unique opportunities and technical considerations. In order to streamline the process, we work closely with land use consultants, hillside experts, permit expediters, and engineers familiar with local jurisdictions.
